My name is Nicholas Caballero, a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Central Florida's College of Engineering and Computer Science. I have hands-on experience from my involvement with the Formula SAE team, where I contributed to the Aerodynamics, Business, and Chassis subsystems. As a SolidWorks Leadership Program officer, I helped students learn SolidWorks and guided them toward obtaining their CSWA certification.
Currently, I am interning with the Generator Operations group at Siemens Energy, where I develop process steps and field safety procedures for various levels of generator maintenance. I also serve as the Professional Development Chair for UCF's Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, organizing events that prepare over 300 members for the 2024 SHPE National Convention to enhance their professional readiness.
I am passionate about pursuing a career in the Aerospace, Aerodynamics, Automotive, or Biomedical industries. I am disciplined, ambitious, and always eager to support others in their growth and development.
